Terms & Conditions
When you book and pay for four (4) tickets in any one category, you get the fifth (5th) ticket free – in the same category, at the same time (on-site registrations will not be eligible for this discount). To take advantage of this, please register via the downloadable registration form.
Early-bird prices close mid-night 31 August 2011 (Australian Eastern Standard Time). After this time, only standard price registrations and on-site registrations will be available.
Standard prices open 12.01am 1 September 2011 and close 3.00pm 7 October 2011 (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
The on-line registration system will close 7 October at 3.00pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time). After this time, only 'on-site' registrations will be available.
*’ICMAN5 Affiliates’ refers to ICMAN International Council Colleagues, ICMAN International Council Strategic Partners, QCTN Members, QCTN Strategic Partners, CHC Members.
#‘Students’ refers to those delegates who are currently enrolled in tertiary education – current student ID will be required and students must forward a copy of their current identification to the ICMAN5 Conference Committee for approval.
‘Non-affiliate’ refers to all other delegates.
‘Conference Attendee’ refers to any Registered ICMAN5 Delegates. These delegates are eligible to receive discounts for the Hospitality Events.
‘Non-Conference Attendee’ refers to any non-ICMAN5 Registered Delegates. Hospitality Events (excluding ICMAN5 Welcome Cocktails) are open to all delegates.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive.
QCTN reserves the right to make changes to any and all packages without prior notice.
Accommodation cancellations or amendments for all 'Your Event' rate bookings made after 13 September 2011 will incur a penalty. It is at the hotel's discrtion as to the penalty charged and may range from one night's accommodation up to the total cost of stay booked.
If you have booked the 'Alternate Online Rate of the Day', you will be subject to the chosen hotel's terms and conditions with regards to any amendment and/or cancellation fee. This information is displayed on the relevant property's details page (see cancellation policy), which you accessed prior to making your booking.
Full or partial cancellations are charged a credit card processing fee of AU$25.00 ( GST), or 3 per cent of the transaction total - whichever is the greater, for QCTN's administration costs.
